In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, (hereinafter, the "Law"), as well as its Regulations and Guidelines, "3 HUNTERS", S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter, "3H") with address at Paseo de la Reforma No. 300, Piso 9, Colonia Juárez, Delegación Cuauhtémoc, 06600, Mexico City, Mexico, informs you that this Privacy Notice (hereinafter, the "Notice") is directed to users or potential users of this website. 300, Piso 9, Colonia Juárez, Delegación Cuauhtémoc, 06600, Mexico City, informs you that this Privacy Notice (hereinafter, the "Notice") is directed to users or potential users of the services of 3H (hereinafter "User" or "Users").
We inform you that the Law establishes that the consent of the User on the treatment of Personal Data is understood as tacit when once the Privacy Notice is made available to him/her, he/she does not express any opposition. This Notice is made available to the User through the Web Site: www.3-hunters.com, (hereinafter, the "Web Site").
All Data provided to 3H will be managed in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty and proportionality contained in the Law.
Terms appearing with the first letter capitalized in this Notice shall have the meanings assigned to them below:
Privacy Notice. - Physical document, electronic or in any other format generated by the responsible that is made available to the User.
PersonalData. - Any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person.
ARCO" Rights. - The rights that the User has against the responsible party, in relation to his/her Personal Data, which include the following: the right to access his/her Personal Data and the details of the processing thereof, as well as to rectify them in case they are inaccurate or cancel them when he/she considers that they are excessive or unnecessary for the purposes that justified their collection or oppose the processing thereof for specific purposes.
Processor. - The individual or legal entity that alone or jointly with others processes Personal Data on behalf of the Controller.
Law. - Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties.
Responsible. - Natural or legal person of a private nature that decides on the processing of Personal Data.
User. - The natural person to whom the Personal Data corresponds.
Processing. - The collection, use, disclosure or storage of Personal Data, by any means. Use includes any action of access, handling, use, exploitation, transfer or disposal of Personal Data.
Transfer. - Any communication of data to a person other than the data controller or data processor.
For the purposes of the Notice, as well as for all legal purposes, the Responsible Party will be 3H. The Responsible will be responsible for obtaining, using, accessing, handling, using, transferring, disseminating, disposing of, disclosing and/or storing the Personal Data.
III. Personal Data collected by the Controller.

By providing this data, the User acknowledges that he/she is giving his/her express consent to the processing of this data.
These data will be treated under security measures provided by law, ensuring their confidentiality at all times.
The purpose of the Personal Data provided by the User to the Responsible is:
Maintain communication with the User; mainly by e-mail or telephone in case of companies.
Its use in the recruitment and selection process, as well as in employment contracts;
Evaluate whether candidates are qualified to perform the position for which they applied;
Conduct job interviews, examinations, tests, analysis, among others;
Contact referrals, and
Answer comments, doubts, suggestions, complaints and recommendations.
The processing of Personal Data provided by the User to the Responsible, will be limited to the fulfillment of the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice.
In the event that we need your information for a purpose other than that set forth in this notice, such information will be requested from Users by submitting a new notice regulating the handling of such additional information.
The User may indicate to the Controller that he/she wishes to limit the use or processing of his/her Personal Data. To do so, the User must send a request to any of the means of contact indicated on the page www.3-hunters.com or contacto@3hunters.info.
It is made known to the User that the uses that the Responsible will give to the information provided by the User will present the Personal Data in an associated form when it comes to identification of the User. On the other hand, they will be treated in a dissociated form for database integration, statistical and educational purposes.
Likewise, once your personal data is provided to us, you agree that it may be transferred to a third party recipient, whether domestic or foreign, for the sole purpose of supporting special recruitment procedures, training and other services related to the area of Human Resources, always ensuring that the treatment will not be used for other purposes or any other use not specified in this Notice.
Or in the case of potential customers to external suppliers that support with contact campaigns.
National or international data transfers may be carried out without the User's consent, among other cases:
a) When the transfer is provided for in a Law or Treaty to which Mexico is a party;
b) When the transfer is made to controlling companies, subsidiaries or affiliates of 3H that operate under the same internal processes and policies;
c) When the transfer is necessary by virtue of a contract concluded or to be concluded in the interest of the User, by 3H and a third party;
d) When the transfer is necessary or legally required for the safeguarding of a public interest, or for the administration of justice;
e) When the transfer is necessary for the recognition, exercise or defense of a right in a judicial proceeding, and
f) When the transfer is necessary for the maintenance or fulfillment of a legal relationship between 3H and the User.
The above transfers do not require the consent of the User since they are provided for in article 37 of the Law.
The Responsible Party undertakes to ensure compliance with all legal principles of protection regarding the transfer of Personal Data. Likewise, it expresses its commitment to ensure that this Privacy Notice is respected at all times by the Third Parties to whom the information provided may be transferred in order to provide the appropriate service.
VII. Exercise of "ARCO" Rights
The "ARCO" Rights correspond to an acronym and group four rights that the User may exercise in relation to his Personal Data:
a) Access the Personal Data that are subject to Processing; that is, request the Controller to allow the User to know what data he/she has in his/her possession.
b) Rectify any of the Personal Data, subject to Processing and in possession of the Controller, which are inaccurate, incomplete, erroneous and/or imprecise.
c) Cancel any of the Personal Data, in possession of the Controller, that it legitimately considers that they are not being used to fulfill any of the purposes of the Processing and/or that they are being used in contravention of the Law, of any other applicable legal provision.
d) To object to the Processing carried out by the Controller, with a justified cause, provided that the same may cause any damage and/or prejudice, or that it is contrary to the Law, or any other applicable legal provision.
VIII. Revocation of consent
For this purpose, the User must send a request to the following e-mail address: contacto@3hunters.info.
The application shall have the following requirements:
a) The User's name and address or other means of communicating the response to his or her request;
b) Documents proving the identity or, as the case may be, the legal representation of the User;
c) The clear and precise description of the Personal Data with respect to which the exercise of any of the aforementioned rights is sought, and
d) Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the Personal Data.
Once the request has been received, the Controller will have 20 days to respond to the User by e-mail to the address provided by the User.
The aforementioned term may be extended once for an equal period, provided that it is justified by the circumstances of the case.
The obligation of access to the information shall be deemed fulfilled once it is made available to the User, including by electronic means. In the event that the User considers that there has been a violation of his/her right to the protection of Personal Data, he/she has the right to appeal to the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI) or any relevant authorities.
The Responsible may make changes to this Notice, provided that the applicable legal provisions are respected. When modifications are made to the Privacy Notice, the Responsible will make available to the User the information about the modifications, as well as the new Privacy Notice through the following means and procedures:

The Responsible Party reserves the right to change and update this Privacy Notice, the User will be responsible for keeping his/her e-mail account updated and for making sure that the notifications are received in a mailbox that is constantly checked.
It is the responsibility of the user to read the Privacy Notice, because, by using the Responsible's website, he/she automatically accepts its terms, since, in case of not receiving a response from the User within 72 hours, it will be understood that he/she accepts in accordance with the changes that this Privacy Notice may undergo.
